At Clever Clogs we enjoy healthy, family-style meals.
Food: Remember the common adage, “We are what we eat?” What we eat effects our emotions and can create a predisposition for both psychological and physical disorders. Just as wrong emotions can upset our digestion, so wrong digestion can upset our emotions. When I prepare lunches for our brood I consider the spiritual qualities of the food. Does it enhance our peace… Blueberries do! Right attitude in preparation and service is also considered…. We eat with care and good feelings… This IS NOT taught in schools. I am made aghast how school lunches are served… I cannot emphasise the value of digestion enough. We grow our grow 70% of our food. All natural!
